- Bag reference: a product link, current drawing or photographs.
- Order details: proposed quantity and delivery destination.
- Open questions: liner, openings, print, sample or document requirements.
For a repeat or multi-product enquiry, identify each bag separately and include the drawing revision. Use the RFQ checklist if you need a more detailed brief.
What should the quotation clarify?
The next discussion should connect your technical requirement to a proposed configuration. Ask for the quotation to identify the bag specification, quantity, printing, packing and delivery basis, together with any sample or document arrangements.
