Why can the same bulk bag receive different quotations?
A small change in fabric, dimensions, coating, liner, seam treatment, loops, printing or packing can change material use and production steps. Order quantity, destination, requested inspection and document scope also affect the offer. A product photo or short title rarely contains enough information for a final price.
Ask every supplier to quote against one dated specification or drawing revision. Record quantity, currency, Incoterm or delivery basis, destination, packing method, quote validity and which charges are included. This makes price differences explainable instead of merely visible.

MOQ
Ask for the minimum quantity for the exact configuration
A stock-like reference and a heavily customized design may not share the same minimum quantity. Separate each line item by size, construction, color, printing and liner. If several variants can share materials or artwork, ask whether they can be combined for production planning.
Do not assume a number shown on one catalog listing applies to all products. Treat it as a listing-level field until it is repeated in the current quotation.
TIMING
Split lead time into decision gates
Record the time needed to clarify the specification, prepare or modify a sample, approve artwork, schedule production, complete inspection, prepare documents and move the shipment. Transit time should be separated from production lead time. Start dates should be tied to a clear event such as deposit, material confirmation or final artwork approval.
When timing is critical, ask which items are on the critical path and what buyer approvals are required. A single “days” figure without a starting point and scope is not reliable planning data.
PRICE DIFFERENCES
Use data to explain value rather than claiming the lowest price
Compare fabric and component specification, tolerances, printing, liner arrangement, seam treatment, sample process, inspection records, packaging and document scope. A direct factory workflow can reduce hand-offs between requirement review and production, but the commercial advantage should be demonstrated in the written specification and quote.

How long does production take?
Production timing begins only after the quotation defines the starting event and the required approvals. Separate specification, sample, production, inspection and transit stages.
Why is one quote lower than another?
Check whether fabric, coating, liner, seam treatment, printing, testing, packing and delivery basis are identical. A lower total may exclude a required component or service.
