Custom BOPP Printed Bulk Bags for Private Label
For a branded bulk bag, use a BOPP laminate when the printed surface and presentation justify a film-based construction. Relia’s catalog lists a four-side BOPP option for applications such as seed, beans and soil. Approve a filled proof as well as the flat artwork, because corner folds, lifting loops and closure placement can hide important information on the assembled bag.

Artwork for Four Faces
Use a flat panel map showing face orientation, seam allowances and areas that must remain readable. Make the front and side panels distinct in the artwork files.
Manufacturing checks for this specification
The catalog describes Relia’s lamination and fabric printing workshops. For the BOPP proposal, specify the film, print route, laminate face and construction on the quote. Relia’s published offset-printed tubular bag shows a separate direct-print reference, so the proof and costs should identify which print process is being offered.
- 01Confirm film and artwork
- 02Review panel alignment
- 03Approve flat and filled proofs
Map each face and safe artwork area to the bag drawing. Approve color reference, copy and artwork revision. Check barcode readability on the filled proof and folded unit, confirm clear space around seams and labels, and ask how repeat lots will be checked against the approved proof.

Film Lamination and Other Print Processes
A printed bag listing can illustrate panel positions. Specify BOPP film lamination separately on the quote so you can compare process, proof and price with other print options.
An offset-printed product is a geometry reference
The 90 × 90 × 120 cm printed tubular listing describes dual spouts, cross-corner loops and 1,000 kg SWL. Its listing describes offset printing. Quote BOPP film construction, print process and artwork proof separately from that reference.
Approve a flat proof and a filled proof for each changed artwork or size. The first checks orientation, color and safe areas. The second checks which parts sit on folds, under loops or behind the bag’s normal presentation face.

A Size Schedule by SKU
Provide the material bulk density and target bag mass for every variant. Include the filled envelope and the pack or display constraints for each size.
Color Proof at Production Scale
Approve artwork placement and the agreed color reference on the intended print material. Review where the design changes at folds and corners.

Filled Panels and Barcode Access
Review readability and position with a filled sample. Agree the viewing orientation and keep required marks clear of folds, seams and closures.
Artwork reserved for handling and traceability
Show where the load label, lot identification and handling instructions will sit before print approval. Reserve clear space in the artwork around those fields and around loops, seams and folds. For repeat orders, ask the buyer and factory to work from one revision of the panel map. A filled proof lets the team see whether graphics stay readable when the sides bulge.
Approval Samples Across the Range
Make a proof for each artwork or panel size that changes placement. Tie the accepted proof to the size code, drawing and production revision.
Evidence to keep with the order
Keep the approved artwork file and the filled proof with the SKU record. Identify changes that require a fresh proof, such as laminate, print route, bag size or a barcode move. Confirm how approved colors and artwork orientation are checked on subsequent runs.

A Quote That Separates Print Costs
Ask for unit price by SKU and quantity, plus proof, setup and packing charges where applicable. Note the approved file version on the purchase order.
