Single-Loop and Two-Loop Agricultural Bulk Bags
For agricultural bulk bags, start with the hook arrangement used at both ends. A seed operation with a single hook and a fish meal operation with two pickup points may need different drawings, even when both bags fit the same pallet area. Relia’s catalog lists one- and two-loop families. Confirm the exact loop count and liner on the offered drawing before sampling.

Single-Hook Seed Handling
Send the hook profile, filled mass, fill head and release sequence. The loop must be specified in the context of the actual attachment and access.
Manufacturing checks for this specification
Relia’s catalog documents PP fabric weaving, webbing and sewn assembly. On one- and two-loop designs, the top construction determines how the pickup load is distributed. Put the loop shape, usable opening and position, fill opening and liner attachment on each drawing. The online example has inconsistent loop fields and needs drawing confirmation.
- 01Confirm loop count
- 02Match liner and closure
- 03Approve by handling route
Record lifting attachment dimensions at dispatch and receipt, available headroom, filled dimensions and the proposed filling and release sequence. Review each sample with its actual material. Pay particular attention to closure access and whether the liner affects the usable inlet or outlet.

Two-Point Fish Meal Handling
Send the spacing and geometry for both attachment points. Add the moisture and closure brief for storage and transport so the sample review covers the bag and liner together.
Resolve the loop count before ordering
The two-loop white U-panel listing shows a filling skirt, flat base and 5:1. Its title refers to two loops while the structured field says cross-corner loops. Have both the loop count and usable loop openings identified on the signed sample drawing.
For seed, provide hook geometry and release position. For fish meal, specify the equipment at both ends, moisture exposure and any liner closure. Quote these separately if the lifting or liner configurations differ.
FIBCA safe handling guidelines

Loop Geometry on the Approved Drawing
Ask for the number, position and usable opening of each loop. The drawing should resolve any ambiguity in a product label before you order.
Liner and Closure Details
Describe the route, exposure and the surfaces that contact the fish meal. Have the proposed liner, attachment and closure recorded on the sample documents.

Filling Head and Free Height
Measure clearance above the empty bag and the intended fill height. Mark the loop position and the inlet so you can confirm access before a sample run.
Clearance for the hook, fill head and closure
The usable lift height depends on the filled body, the pickup arrangement and the attachment above it. Draw these on the same elevation as the filling head. Include the clearance needed to tie or release a closure under your operating procedure. For a mixed order, this elevation should stay separate for the single-loop and two-loop designs.
The Sample at the Receiving End
Include the receiving equipment when planning the trial. Confirm the attachment, clearance and opening sequence at that end as well as on your filling line.
Separate Approvals for the Two Bags
Carry the seed sample and fish meal sample as separate revisions. Link each to its own attachment and closure requirements, accepted mass and test scope.
Evidence to keep with the order
Retain separate receiving checks for the single- and two-loop models. Label each packing unit with the relevant drawing reference. If the listed loop count and a photo or product field disagree, use the approved drawing and sample as the purchase baseline.
Existing Handling References
Use the filling and loop guide to capture attachment dimensions. Review any product listing with our team against a signed drawing when the lifting description is unclear.
Send the Lifting and Product Brief
Release each model using its own sample and drawing.
